نظم المعلومات الجغرافية ، حركة النقل العمومي ،القطار الحصري (ترامواي). | | Résumé : | يعتبر تنظيم حركة النقل العمومي في المدن من أساسيات تسيير الفضاءات الحضرية الكبرى ومـاينجـمعنهـامن مشاكل للحراك التنقلي ،مـنهنـاأعـدتهـذهالدراسـةحـولدورنظـمالمعلومـاتالجغرافيـةفـيتنظيم حركة النقل العمومي (ترامواي سطيف نموذجا)، حيث هدفت الدراسة إلـىإبراز دورنظـمالمعلومـاتالجغرافيـةفي تنظيم حركة النقل العمومي بمدينة سطيف بوجود منظومة نقل معززة بخدمة القطار الحضري (ترامواي ) ولتحقيـقالأهدافتناولـتالدراسـة تحليل لواقع النقل العمومي بالمدينة لمختلف جوانبه من تجهيزات ،شبكات طرق ، أنماط التنقل الحضرية المتواجدة بها ،مشكلات الحركة والتنقل ، توصلت الدراسة الى ابراز الدور الايجابي لنظم المعلومات الجغرافية في تنظيم حركة النقل العمومي بمدينة سطيف بايجاد حلول لاختناقات المرورية بوسط المدينة ، مع ربح الوقت تحفيض تكاليف الانتظار عن طريق تقليص مدة الانتظار على مستوى مفترقات الطرق بوسطة المدينة الاضافة الى خروج الدراســةبعــددمــنالنتائــجوالاقتراحات من شأنها أن تساهم في تحقيق تنظيم محكم لحركة النقل العمومي وتسيير لمنظومته بالمدينة بوجود ترامواي باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية ،على غرار اقتراح توسيع شبكة النقل بالقطار الحضري الى الأحياء السكنية الجديدة بتينار وبئر النساء من أجل التغطية المجالية واعطاء تسويق أفضل للمدينة.
The organization of public transport in cities is considered one of the basics of running major urban spaces and the resulting problems for mobility, hence this study was prepared on the role of geographic information systems in organizing public transport (Sétif Tramway as a model), where the study aimed to highlight the role of information systems Geography in organizing the public transport movement in the city of Setif, with the presence of a transport system enhanced by the urban train service (Tramway). Positive geographic information systems in organizing public transport in the city of Setif by finding solutions to traffic congestion in the city center, with time gain, reducing waiting costs by reducing the waiting period at the level of crossroads in the city center, in addition to the study's exit with a number of results and suggestions that would contribute to achieving the organization An airtight public transport movement and the running of its system in the city with the presence of a tramway using geographic information systems, similar to the proposal to expand the urban transport network to the new residential neighborhoods of Tinar and BirNsaa in order to cover the area and give better marketing to the city.
