Keywords: cost accounting, management control, costs, variations. | | Résumé : | هدف هذا البحث بشكل رئيسي إلى التعرف على دور المحاسبة التحليلية في تحسين مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وعلى منهج دراسة حالة، حيث أجريت الدراسة الميدانية بمؤسسة مطاحن الهضاب العليا سطيف، ولتحقيق أغراض البحث تم عرض مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالمحاسبة التحليلية ومراقبة التسيير، والتعرف على الطريقة المحاسبية المتبعة في المؤسسة محل الدراسة وتبيان دور المحاسبة التحليلية في تحسين مراقبة التسيير في هذه المؤسسة.
وتوصل البحث إلى أن مؤسسة مطاحن الهضاب العليا تطبق طريقة التكاليف الكلية التي هي إحدى تقنيات المحاسبة التحليلية، وتعتمد في وظيفة مراقبة التسيير على مخرجات المحاسبة التحليلية لتحديد الانحرافات والأخطاء ومن ثم العمل على تصحيحها.
Abstract
The main objective of this research is to identify the role of cost accounting in improving the control of management in the economic companies. We followed both the descriptive and analytical approach, and the case study approach. The “High Plateau Mills Corporation, Setif” has been chosen as a field study.
In order to achieve the purposes of the research, we pinpointed various concepts related to analytical accounting and management control. Our findings showed that the High Plateau Mills Corporation applies the total cost method, which is one of the cost accounting techniques.
