المشكلة الاقتصادية، النشاط الاقتصادي، السوق، االتقلبات الاقتصادية، النمو والتنمية المستدامةRésumé : This work aims to provide a set of lectures on an introduction to economics in accordance with the syllabus, as this work deals with ten main axes that begin with clarifying the concept, importance and essence of economics, then it deals with the elements of economic activity from production, distribution, consumption, savings and investment, then economic agents (families, economic institutions, public administrations, the outside world), then we gave a lecture on the market and its importance, types and forms, followed by money, its origins, development and importance, then we discussed some economic phenomena such as inflation, its definition, causes, types and effects and policies to reduce it, and unemployment, its concept, causes, types, effects and methods of treatment), and finally we discussed the lesson on growth, development and sustainable development.
يهدف هذا العمل إلى تقديم مجموعة من المحاضرات في مدخل الى علم الاقتصاد بما يتوافق مع دليل المادة التعليمية المقرر من الوزارة الوصية، حيث يتناول هذا العمل عشر محاور أساسية تبدأ بتوضيح مفهوم واهمية وجوهر علم الاقتصاد، بعدها تتناول عناصر النشاط الاقتصادي من انتاج وتوزيع و استهلاك وادخار واستثمار، ثم الاعوان الاقتصاديون ( العائلات، المؤسسات الاقتصادية، الإدارات العمومية ، العالم الخارجي)، بعدها تناولنا محاضرة حول السوق واهميته وانواعة واشكاله، يليها النقود نشأتها وتطورها و أهميتها ، بعدها تناولنا بعض الظواهر الاقتصادية مثل التضخم تعريفه مسبباته انواعه واثاره و سياسات الحد منه ، و البطالة مفهومها، مسبباتها، أنواعها، اثارها، وطرق علاجها)، وفي الأخير تناولنا درس النمو والتنمية والتنمية المستدامة .En ligne : http://dspace.univ-setif.dz:8888/jspui/bitstream/123456789/5126/1/polycopie-ABW. Keywords: Social Responsibility, Human Capital, Investing In Human Capital, Economic Companies.Résumé : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اثر تطبيق ابعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية على الاستثمار في الرأس مال البشري وهذا بالتطبيق على مجموعة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية بولاية سطيف (مؤسسة سونلغاز، مؤسسةBCR ، مؤسسةADH PROTECLEANS )،. كما تطرقت إلى أهم البرامج الاجتماعية التي تقدمها المؤسسات اتجاه مواردها البشرية كمسؤولية اجتماعية، ومن اجل تحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم اجراء دراسة ميدانية على المؤسسات السابقة الذكر باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة وتم توزيع 80 استبانة واسترجاع 78 صالحة لتحليل النتائج واستبعاد 2 لعدم تناسبها مع شروط القبول. وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما تم الاعتماد على البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS نسخة 19 في تحليل النتائج.
توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج اهمها أن اهتمام المؤسسات محل الدراسة بتبني وتطبيق برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية اتجاه مواردها البشرية هو بمثابة استثمار في رأس مالها البشري، كما ان أغلــب البــرامج المستعملة من اجل الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري فــي إطــار التــزام المؤسسات بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية تنــدرج في دورات التدريب والتطوير، بالإضافة الى تأكيد العلاقة بين المتغيرين.
Abstract
This study aims to explore the application impact of social responsibility effects on the investment of human capital by check a samples of Algerian economic companies employees in setif province ( Sonelgaz company, BCR, ADH protecleans), and the study also highlights on the main social programs that the companies given to their own human resources as a social responsibility, we try to get an empirical study about these last companies in order to achieve the goals of the inquiry, by using questionnaire -forms- as a tool of study, in this context there have been an eighty -80- forms distributed, 78 ones has been recovered that is valid to analysis, and 2 forms are not valid according to forms conditions. The dissertation adopts the descriptive method and the statistical application SPSS (19th version) as well in order to analysis the result.
One of the main outputs of this study is that The interesting of the companies by integrating their employees in social responsibility programs toward human resources is a conviction would to say that this factor is an investment of human capital.
